Fault phenomenon:
The machine can be powered on normally, but the probe cannot be recognized after entering the ultrasound interface. When switching the probe, an error 031 is reported.
Failure analysis ：
The device cannot recognize the probe. This may be caused by problems with the probe or ACQ. Let’s test them one by one below. Pull out all the probes and use a separate probe to test each interface. It is found that each interface cannot recognize the probe and will report error 031. The same is true for replacing the probe test. This can eliminate the possibility of probe failure and may be the ACQ module problem. According to the hardware test of machine itself, it shows that it is CB board failure. CB board is a part of ACQ module.
Repair results：
At first need to plug out the ACB board and PRB board, then the ACQ can be replaced by opening the front shell. After replacing the ACQ module, the machine work normally.
