Technical principles
The working principle of GE LCD Display is mainly based on the electro-optical effect of liquid crystal materials. Liquid crystal is a substance between solid and liquid with unique physical and chemical properties. Under the action of an electric field, the arrangement of liquid crystal molecules changes, thereby changing the propagation direction of light and achieving image display. Specifically, when the liquid crystal molecules are stimulated by voltage, they rearrange and allow light to pass; when the voltage disappears, the liquid crystal molecules return to their original alignment and block light. By controlling the application and withdrawal of voltage, dynamic display of images can be achieved.
